Hello my name is Tricia, welcome to Calming Nature Wales.

I am a Reiki, Theta and Angel Medicine healer with several years of holistic study behind me.  My journey and involvement in to holistic health and wellbeing has been and still is an amazing experience.  Energy healing has helped me live a more balanced and happy life and to share my knowledge with you gives me great fulfilment and passion. 

Energy Healing works by rebalancing the body's energy flow, it will remove those blockages within your body which have built up over the years.  Stress, pain, emotional worries, sleep deprivation and many many more aliments can be resolved with regular treatments. You will feel relaxed and re-energised.

My aim is to help people to heal themselves, find inner peace and an inner calm.  Remember healing is a matter of time but it is also a matter of opportunity.
